
Minted Pineapple
Awesome drink.
Ingredients
- 3 ounces Barefoot Moscato Spumante Bubbly
- 1 1/4 ounce Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 6 Mint Sprigs (Save 1 for Garnish)
Directions
- Place 5 mint springs, juices and syrup in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake to blend and chill. Strain into chilled champagne flute. Top with Barefoot Moscato Spumante Bubbly. Garnish with Mint sprig.
